        * Conditions are now OKAY

        * River flows of 1860 gallons per minute were recorded upstream of
          the Bridge Creek confluence on August 13, 2010

        * The no-pump season is not yet in effect for participants in
        Sanctuary Forest's Tank and Forbearance Program
